Personal Naan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Naan bread (2 pizzas in each pkg)
  • 1 jar Pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg fresh mozzarella disk slices
  • 1 lb block of mozzarella to grate
  • 1 pkg pepperonis
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Additional pizza toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Place naan bread on cookie sheet or pizza pan
  3. First drizzle 1/2 tbsp of oil on crust of the pizza
  4. Next add your preferred amount of pizza sauce
  5. Place a few mozzarella disks on the pizza, but cut the disks in 1/2 or 1/3
  6. Add your preferred toppings
  7. grate some fresh mozzarella on top and bake for 11-15 min
  8. remove from heat, let cool, and then cute
  9. enjoy
