Green Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken and some of the cheese.
  3. Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture.
  4. Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Top with green enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
  6. Bake until hot and bubbly.
  7. Add sour cream to your liking.
  8. enjoy.
