Green Chicken Enchiladas
Creamy, cheesy enchiladas perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix the shredded chicken and some of the cheese.
- Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Top with green enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
- Bake until hot and bubbly.
- Add sour cream to your liking.
