Cheese Burger Sliders
Family FavoriteQuick, Delicious, always a hit.
Ingredients
- 1lb of 80/20 Hamburger Meat
- 6 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
- 1pkg of slider buns/rolls
- 1/4 white onion, minced
- 2-3 jalapenos sliced
- 4-5 tbsp of Cavendars Greek All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Preheat the skillet to medium-high heat
- Add hamburger meat and onion to the skillet, and set a timer for 4 minutes
- Add half of the Cavendars to the meat and onion in the skillet
- While the hamburger meat is in the skillet, open up your slider rolls
- Cut the slider rolls in half and place the bottoms in an oven-safe dish.
- After the 4-minute timer, start breaking up the hamburger meat and mix in the rest of your Cavendars seasoning
- Once the meat is browned, remove it from the heat and start to prepare to build the burgers
- Place the slices of cheese on the bottom buns, and then place the hamburger meat and onion mixture on top of the cheese
- Next, add the jalapenos (Optional) and then the top of the buns.
- Place the dish in the oven for 3-4 min
- Remove from the oven and spread the butter on the top of the buns.
- Add the sesame seeds(optional) and cook until the cheese is melty and the buns are slightly toasted.
